This week’s photo of the week comes from Officer Ken Stevwing of the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police. Officer Stevwing writes, “This was at a community event for school students. He was the only child in the school that was wearing one [a helmet], so I put mine on. The look on his face says it all.” Nice job, officer!
