This week’s photo comes from Sgt. Ryan Smith, who writes: “My former K-9 partner Rex served the Santa Paula, Calif. Police Department for eight years before he retired in 2010. Rex often stood guard at the door on traffic and pedestrian stops, vigilantly watching over patrol officers.”
