If you find someone who has tried to alter their Florida drivers license by scratching the DOB part to make it unreadable, the year of their birth is in the actual license number itself.
The year of birth will be the 7th and 8th number. (example M546-222-71-408-0) In this example the person would have been born in 1971. Also the letter that begins the DL number is the first letter of their last name.
