FREMONT, Calif. — Two officers were hurt in a shooting near at a Safeway, CBS SF reported.
The incident started as a robbery when police responded along with SWAT teams. A number of streets were barricaded while officers investigated.
Witnesses took to Twitter to describe a gunman on the loose.
