NEW YORK — Two fast-acting cops helped deliver a child in the back of a cab at the Lincoln Tunnel yesterday.
Port Authority Officer Richard Kuncken, a former paramedic, delivered the healthy girl, named Abigail, at around 8:30 a.m. near the toll plaza.
“It was over in minutes,” he said. The 29-year-old mother from Queens, who did not wish to be identified, was staying with a friend in New Jersey when she started going into labor yesterday morning.
