If on a call you’re about to enter from bright daylight to a low-light setting and you’re wearing sunglasses, consider removing them immediately after entering the lower light, instead of taking them off just beforehand. This will help prevent your eyes from taking a direct blast of bright light just seconds before they need to acclimate to a darkened area. In effect, by removing your sunglasses after — and not before — entering that lower light area, you are fully leveraging the light-filtering work your sunglasses have done instead of totally eradicating it.
