DALY CITY, Calif. — Daly City Police arrested a man and a juvenile who were dancing and filming a rap video on top of a cruiser in the parking lot of the department.
The amateur video, which they planned to post to YouTube, cost Marvin Levante Carter, 18, $3,000 in damages and a misdemeanor vandalism charge, according to Contra Costa Times.
The second suspect, a 16-year-old Daly City boy, was also arrested.
Carter, who is due in court March 12, also faces trespassing charges because he climbed a fence to get into the police parking lot.
