This week’s photo was submitted by Military Police Officer Sergeant Altman from the Fort Novosel’s Department of Public Safety in Alabama.

Fort Novosel’s Department of Public Safety is made up of both civilian and military police working around the clock to assist, protect and defend the home of Army Aviation. The Department of the Army Civilian Police on Fort Novosel is mostly comprised of members who have previously served their country. Military Police Officers are active duty soldiers who simultaneously conduct law enforcement duties for the overall protection and service for the community. Fort Novosel’s community consists of soldiers, civilians and their family members.
