SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The Missouri Highway Patrol came under fire after a 2002 training video detailing how to make meth leaked online and went viral, KY3 reported.
The video was made to help train officers on the process of making meth and how to safely dismantle meth labs they found, Capt. John J. Hotz told PIX11.
The video is specific in the steps needed to make the drug. It as marked for “restricted access” and was only intended for law enforcement to see.
The department was not sure how the video got leaked on the internet but were investigating the cause.
