SEATTLE, Wash. — Seattle police are looking for a man who fired three shots at three undercover police officers, striking their car late Thursday in an apparent road-rage incident.
The undercover officers were in an unmarked car leaving the department’s West Precinct at 810 Virginia St., when a man driving a white Cadillac cut them off and intentionally slowed down, said police spokeswoman Renee Witt. The officers changed lanes and the Cadillac again moved in front of their vehicle, she said.
Around 11:45 p.m., the cars were side-by-side at a stop light at Denny Way and Terry Avenue when the man in the Cadillac pulled out a gun and pointed it at the officers, Witt said.
