Mike Downing is the U.S. law enforcement advisor at Fivecast, a world-leading provider of digital intelligence solutions used by the national security, law enforcement, defense, corporate security and financial intelligence sectors. Mike’s extensive 35 years of experience includes serving as the deputy chief of the Los Angeles Police Department and commanding officer of the department’s Counter-Terrorism and Special Operations Bureau where he led five operational divisions. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and the FBI’s Leadership in Counter-Terrorism (LinCT) course.
