NEW YORK CITY — Cell phone video captured a scene of mayhem as police in New York attempted to break up a large fight between dozens of youths outside a concert center Monday.
According to DNAinfo, police responded to the scene after the crowd outside a music festival at the Barclays Center turned violent near the venue.
The show was canceled after repeated attempts to calm the crowd.
As seen in the video, some of those involved in the brawl fought with officers - including one attempt at a tackle - as they placed teens in handcuffs to break up the fight.
At least one police officer was injured during the incident, but was not hospitalized, according to the report. One 16-year-old girl was arrested for resisting arrest.
