By Police1 Staff
Police officers aged 30 or younger are invited to participate in a short survey to capture their thoughts around the police recruitment process, how long they plan to work at their agency, their retirement plans and their police career goals.
Dr. Janay Gasparini, a criminal justice professor and police officer, is collecting this data to study the motivations of the newest generation of police officers. The data will be used to develop best practices for agencies to recruit, support and retain these officers.
