MEET THE SPEAKERS:

Randy Tweedy is a retired Deputy Sheriff with 25 years of service at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. He was a full-time firearms instructor in the department’s weapons training unit for 13 years. His expertise is in training new firearms instructors, pistol mounted optic courses, new shooters (academy recruits), as well as a wide variety of all on-duty, off-duty and backup weapons, concealed carry courses and patrol rifle training. He was part of the team who were responsible for testing and getting Staccato 2011 pistols approved for Duty use for LASD. Randy has worked with thousands of students from his own department and dozens of other outside Law Enforcement Agencies throughout the southwest region of the country.

Bradley Nielson has 22 years of service with a major SoCal law enforcement agency, including 12 years of patrol, special problems unit, and gang enforcement. He’s spent 10 years assigned to a tactical response team including auxiliary details, and his been a firearms instructor at his agency since 2014. He’s also a certified MACTAC (Multiple Attack Counter Terrorism Action Capabilities) instructor since 2009 and TCCC instructor since 2016.

Isaac Kim is a Marine who has served multiple roles within special operations units including reconnaissance and MARSOC. Shortly after his time in the military, he came back to his native Dallas where he ran operations for Trident Response Group, a tactical training and consulting company. There he coached several North Texas LE units in HR, intelligence, and CQB tactics. In 2023, he was recruited to work at Staccato’s start up ammo company, Longhorn Ammunition, as their Quality Manager, where he oversees all processes, ISO Compliance, quality control measures, and R&D for ammunition manufacturing.
