Members of the West Hartford (Conn.) Honor Guard performed a funeral detail for the mother of a retired officer in February of 2017. Officer Andrew Teeter, who sent the photo to Police1, wrote, “The storm brought appoximately three feet of snow and there was additional thunder and lightning. We will endure any conditions to take care of one of our own.”
