    Fletch Fuller
    Fletch Fuller is an Adjunct Instructor for Phoenix RBT Solutions as well as being a full time Law Enforcement Officer in the State of Florida. Currently, he is the High Liability Training Coordinator for the Collier County Sheriff’s Office in Naples where he has served since 1996. His experience includes being a Street Gang Investigator, Patrol Shift Supervisor, Field Supervisor, SWAT Team Member and Field Training Officer. He is the Lead Instructor for Defensive Tactics, Baton, OC Spray and Driving and is a Master Instructor with TASER International. Fuller has coordinated and led classes for officers at the Academy Recruit, Inservice and Advanced/ Specialized levels in the areas of Officer Survival, Active Shooter and Reality Based Training. Fuller is recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in the area of Defensive Tactics and Use of Force and serves as a consultant for Legal and Policy review, Internal Affairs Investigations and Public inquiries into Use of Force incidents. Fuller is a veteran of the U.S. Army where he served from 1989 to 1995. In 1989, he was a founding member of the USARSO MP Special Reaction Team and took part in combat and fugitive recovery operations before, during and after Operation Just Cause in the Republic of Panama. Fuller later served as Team Leader for the Installation Special Reaction Team at Fort Polk, Louisiana. He deployed back to Panama in 1993 and supervised an active Riot Control Response Team during refugee operations during Operation Safe Haven. Fuller serves as the Director of Law Enforcement Training for ISR Matrix International and is responsible for the development of the ISR Firearm Retention, Edged Weapon and Ground Tactics curriculums. He has coordinated and led classes around the United States and in Australia. Fuller has been a featured instructor at conferences for the International Law Enforcement Educators & Trainers Association (ILEETA), the International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors (IALEFI) and the Florida High Liability Trainer’s Conference. Fuller has trained in various Martial Arts for 20 years and is currently a Black Belt Instructor in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He trains and coaches athletes and professional fighters in Self Defense, Sport Grappling and Mixed Martial Arts.
