Detective Deputy Chief (Ret.) Tony Levatino served with the Santa Ana Police Department in California for more than 30 years. He is the founder of the non-profit International Association of Technology Advocates (IATA), which supports crime victims and survivors by assisting law enforcement agencies in adopting advanced technologies to prevent, deter, and solve crimes.
