Officer James Disser and Officer John Stover of the Marysville (Michigan) Poilice Department with 120 pounds of “BC Bud” recovered from a traffic stop in July. The two suspects had picked up the marijuana from a boat on the St. Clair River, which borders Ontario Canada.
