After a day of obedience training, Officer Philip Lutz with the Gloucester County (Va.) Sheriff’s Office K-9 Division decided to take a break with Rexi under the George P. Coleman Memorial Bridge.
“He [Rexi] laid in that position as if he knew it was a photo op,” Lutz told Police1.
