CHARLESTON, S.C. — Dash cam video has been released capturing the arrest of suspect mass murderer Dylann Roof.
ABC News reports the video of the June 18 arrest was released Tuesday and captures the arresting officers high-fiving each other after putting Roof into a patrol car.
Roof is charged with nine counts of murder and a weapons charge in the deadly shooting at Emanuel AME Church in Charleston.
