WALTERBORO, S.C. —  The actor who played young Anakin Skywalker in the "Star Wars" prequel was arrested Wednesday after deputies say he led them on a high-speed chase topping speeds of more than 100 mph, according to the Washington Post.

Actor Jake Lloyd, who competed in pod races as a boy in "Star Wars: Episode I — The Phantom Menace," is accused of speeding, driving off road and hitting trees on Interstate 95 in South Carolina to evade authorities who were chasing him.
