TAMPA, Fla. -- An FBI agent is facing drunk driving charges after she allegedly was found asleep in her car at an intersection, then tried to flee Clearwater police.
Court records show Elizabeth Scott had a blood-alcohol level of zero-point-183 percent. That’s more than twice the legal limit while driving. She’s free on $5,000 bond.
The FBI said it takes the allegation seriously and is reviewing the case. Police said Scott fled when they approached her vehicle on Saturday night, then arrested her when she became stuck in traffic.
