RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) -- Several police officers and a National Guard member helped arrest a man Wednesday morning in downtown Rapid City.
According to police, an officer pulled the man over during a routine traffic stop and the driver got out and started fighting with the officer.
The driver ran away but a Guard member and other officers caught Charles J. Flynn, 24, of Rapid City.
He is being held on charges that include drugs, resisting arrest and a felony warrant.
His female passenger was also arrested after she tried to flee.
