1. Are your batteries new? Rage Battery only carries new products including batteries. We never sell used or refurbished products.

2. Will I receive Power-Sonic batteries? Rage Battery does not “bait and switch” our customers. You will only be shipped what brand you purchased. If you bought a Power-Sonic SLA battery you will receive only a Power-Sonic battery.

3. Why is your pricing so good? Rage Battery buys directly from Power-Sonic in large volumes and passes on the savings to you.

4. How long does it take Rage Battery to ship out an order? We try to process all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order.

5. Can I check stock on a product? Yes. Please call 800-724-3045 to verify stock on hand. Customer service would happy to help you out.

8. What is your return policy? Rage Battery offers a full 30 day money back guarantee on all product sold on this website. After 30 days the manufactures warranty would then kick in.

9. Where does the product ship from? Our warehouse is located in San Diego, CA. For UPS estimate purposes we ship from zip code: 92127.

10. What if the product is defective or damage, will you refund my money? In the first 30 days you will receive your money back for any reason. You may also choose to receive replacement product. The shipping charges will also be refunded. After 30 days you may be subject the manufactures warranty policy.

12. What are gel batteries or SLA batteries? Gel or sealed lead acid batteries are basically the same chemistry as a wet (flooded cell) battery. The batteries’ electrolyte is in a gelatin form and is absorbed into the plates and the battery is sealed with epoxies. These batteries may be used in any position and the batteries are exceptionally leak resistant. Battery uses are UPS, emergency lights, and camcorders. These batteries are 2 volts per cell so the common batteries are 2, 4, 6, 8 and 12 volt.
