SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. — A San Bernardino County sheriff’s deputy was injured Tuesday morning during training at the department’s gun range, authorities said.
The deputy “accidentally discharged his own firearm” and suffered a non-life-threatening wound just before 10:30 a.m. at the Frank Bland Regional Training Center, the sheriff’s department tweeted.
The deputy was listed in stable condition, officials said.
