SAN FRANCISCO — The San Francisco Police Department has added a new $50,000 quadski to their fleet of vehicles, ABC 7 reported.
During a Giants game June 26, an officer of the Marine Unit showed off the new hydrobike in the bay surrounding the baseball stadium.

“It kind of looked like Robocop,” Ben Mullin, who attended the game, told the publication.
The jetski converts into an ATV with a click of a button.
The CEO of Salesforce donated it to the department. Onlookers and fans watching the game were reportedly impressed.
“It looked like something out of Batman,” fan Vince Borteous told ABC 7. “Another guy thought it was something out of James Bond.”
But the message was clear to others — that cops are now faster and more mobile in water.
“We got the message that we probably needed to behave ourselves,” Mullin said to ABC 7.
