I developed scenarios used for High Risk Stop (HRS) training for the FTO program in our department. We use Simunitions for the training. This is great for all officers because it adds stress and you get to evaluate how the officer reacts in a stressful situation. The key to this being useful is to have a pre-plan of what type of call control the actions of the suspects. With good control over the scenario, you can get a lot of great things from this training.
