Please do not use the 911 emergency system to seek information on your loved ones and friends. Use these numbers instead.

Relief Efforts and Donations

Volunteering

  • Jacob Javits Convention Center is serving as a staging and registration area for volunteers, 9 a.m.-9 p.m. until further notice. Unionized iron workers can volunteer by registering there. The center is located at 11th Ave. and 35th St.
  • If you wish to drop off supplies (specifically: respirators and filters, work gloves, latex gloves, hard hats and medical supplies: especially saline bags, butterfly infusion sets, antacids, foot powder and sanitary napkins), go to the parking lot south of the Javits Center at 34th St. and the West Side Highway.

Donations of Goods and Services

  • If you are a Doctor and would like to offer your assistance, please contact 518-431-7600. If you are an EMT, Paramedic, Nurse or Nurse’s Aide and would like to offer your assistance, please call 800-628-0193.
