CORTEZ BEACH, Fla. — Police arrested and charged a couple for having sex on the beach Sunday afternoon.
According to the police report, several witnesses called police after seeing Elissa Alvarez, 20, and Jose Caballero, 39, having sex on a sheet right in front of beach goers, including children.
One woman called police because her 4-year-old daughter saw the couple having sex.
