The East Oregonian reports that a naked man entered a woman’s home in Pendleton, ran from police and attempted to dive off a bluff and into the Umatilla River. Instead, he got stuck in a tree and dangled there, upside down, until authorities rescued him.
Emergency responders helped a naked man get down from a tree in Pendleton after he fled from police. He was taken to the hospital.
The photo and story of the encounter was published on the newspaper’s front page on Tuesday.
