MOUNT PLEASANT, SC — The day got a little brighter for children at a local hospital when Spider-Man, Superman, Captain America, Batman and other superheroes scaled the side of the building and came in to say hello on Halloween.
The superheroes were members of the Mount Pleasant Police SWAT team who dropped in to spread Halloween happiness to students at two elementary schools and young patients at a children’s hospital, The News & Observer reported.
