STOUGHTON, Mass. — It was brand new and still in the box when it was delivered to Ryan Cardoso. Stoughton Police delivered a brand new iPad the Cardoso’s three and a half year old son who lives with autism.
Her son uses the iPad to communicate since he’s non-verbal. Earlier this week, someone stole the iPad from the Cardoso’s car. The family was outraged and posted a bold message in their front yard.
In a generous gesture, the local police department decided to help out the family.
“Stoughton Police is giving him back his voice,” said Cardoso.
