CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. A 37-year-old man who escaped from Moccasin Bend Mental Health Institute on Sunday has been captured, according to police.

Robert Harris, from Hamblen County, is accused of two counts of child rape and was being held at the hospital on a law enforcement hold when he escaped on Sunday.

A police officer tracked Harris through the woods with a K9 officer, according to scanner traffic, and took the man into custody off Signal Mountain Road around 10:15 a.m. today.

Harris is not the first person to escape Moccasin Bend mental health institute in the last 30 days.

Brandon Robinson was arrested in July after escaping.
