GRANDVIEW, Mo. — What began as a traffic stop ended in an officer saving a life, KCTV reported.
Michael Hunter Moore, 31, sped up and quickly lost control of his SUV after Officer Chris Golubski attempted to pull him over for a traffic violation.
Golubski watched the collision but couldn’t immediately locate the driver. A few minutes later, Golubski found Moore in a ditch and began CPR.
“Went from law enforcement role to life-saving role real quick. That’s how fast things change,” Sgt. Dean VanWinkle told the news site.
Moore was expected to make a full recovery. He was driving on a revoked license and police said alcohol contributed to the crash.
