The State Patrol is grieving the loss of one of its cadets who died Friday in a self-defense training.
Timothy Pudder, 40, who lived in Falcon, was only four weeks away from completing the rigorous, 22-week class required by the patrol.
“It’s just very sad, and the entire State Patrol family is saddened by this,” Master Trooper Ron Watkins said. “We considered him a member of the family when he became a cadet.” ...
