CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A raw video taken by a local resident shows officers responding to reports of a shooter on a Chattanooga military facility, WKRN reported.
Officers are shown responding to the incident that left four Marines and a gunman dead. Shots can be heard in the background as officers take cover behind cruisers and run off the road and into a wooded area.
The video was taken by Jonathen Whitaker on Thursday, July 16 the publication reported.
