BESSEMER, Pa. — On Wednesday of last week, police TASERed a Pennsylvania man who allegedly threw a toilet at a state trooper, according to a Tampa news channel.
At about 9 p.m. on the evening of the incident, neighbors called the police to alert them that Steven Herman, 33, was intoxicated and engaging in loud and disorderly behavior.
Police arrived at Herman’s home in Lawrence County, and according to their report, Herman threw a toilet that he had retrieved from his attic at one of the troopers.
A whiskey bottle was next in line for items Herman used to attempt to hit officers, and he is now facing charges of aggravated assault and disorderly conduct.
