CENTRALIA, Wash. — A raw video went online allegedly showing 24-year-old Rachelle L. Braaten helping her toddler smoke pot from a bong.
Police said they arrested a couple after finding 40 marijuana plants in their home Friday and for allegedly allowing their toddler to inhale pot from a marijuana bong.
Tyler J. Lee, 25, of Centralia, was booked on a charge of manufacture of marijuana, and three counts of unlawful possession of a firearm. Braaten, of Centralia, was booked on one count of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance to a minor and one count of manufacture of marijuana.
