FARMINGTON, Conn. — “911, what’s the location of your emergency?” the dispatcher asks.
“Ehhh, let’s not get into that yet,” the caller responds. “I have a question.”
The conversation continues, until he gets to his query.
“I was just growing some marijuana,” he says, later in the conversation. “I was just wondering how much trouble you can get into for one plant.”
