NEW YORK - There’s not much background to this video, but the video more or less tells the story. This past Friday, an extremely drunk woman who somehow misplaced her shirt decided to yell and provoke both NYPD officers and their mounts outside a bar.
According to BoweryBoogie.com, officers warned her boyfriend to keep her under control. It appears she escaped arrest due to some serious patience on the part of the officers.
