ASTORIA, Ore. — Astoria police arrested a transient woman Tuesday morning after she charged a police car with a Philips-Head screwdriver, police said.

The woman, 43-year-old Christina Stevens was allegedly camping at the bus stop, police said. According to police, when officers arrived, Stevens charged their car with a weapon.

Officers repeatedly told Stevens to back away. Stevens then charged the car again and hit the rear passenger side window with a Philips-Head screwdriver, police said.
