LAS VEGAS — An officer suffered non life-threatening injuries tonight after being dragged by a car during a traffic stop near Rancho Lane and Desert Inn Road, according to Metro Police.
The incident occurred at Rancho and Sirius Avenue, Lt. Tadd Dodds said.
The officer, who was taken to University Medical Center, was in an altercation before being dragged, police said in a Tweet.

The suspect, who hasn’t been arrested, fled the scene, police said.
