MARKSVILLE, La. — The fiancée of a man who, along with his 6-year-old son, was shot by officers last week claims one of the officers arrested in connection with the shooting had been contacting her prior to the incident, The Advocate reported.

Megan Dixon, who is engaged to Chris Few, told the publication that Officer Norris Greenhouse, Jr. had been messaging her on Facebook and came to the home she shared with Few.

In response, Few told Greenhouse if he ever showed up at their house again, he would hurt him, Dixon said in her interview.

Greenhouse and Officer Derrick Stafford were arrested after they allegedly fired 18 rounds at Few and his 6-year-old autistic son Jeremy Mardis during a November 3 pursuit, killing Jeremy and critically wounding Few.

Initial reports stated the officers were seeking to serve a warrant, although no warrant has been found.

Greenhouse and Stafford were booked on murder and attempted murder charges. They are being held on $1 million bonds.
