Under the program is paired up with a Cleveland police officer who is trained in crisis intervention
“We can’t recreate this at the police academy or anywhere else,” S.C. law enforcement leader Mark Keel said. “We can’t recreate the long hallways, cafeterias, gyms, stairwells”
The SHERP vehicle will be used for ice and water rescues in the county’s marshland
The grant includes funds for an additional police officer and civilian help to analyze data from the cameras, West Hartford Police Chief Vernon Riddick said
This new program helps people in small places who have a big idea shape that concept into something concrete – and they want more cops and corrections on board
“We will be able to increase our efforts in making our roads safer for everyone and focus on critical areas such as distracted driving, impaired driving and speeding,” Lt. Jason Bolfango said
