Officer Richard Hubbard currently works the Mounted Patrol Division for the Austin (Texas) Police Department. In this photo he is with Drago, a percheron mix. Hubbard writes, “This is the ‘Riderless Horse’ during the funeral services for Officer Leonard Reed of Cedar Park, Texas who had passed away Aug 18,2010. The services were held Aug 25,2010. I was very honored to represent the department and the be a part of the ceremony itself.”
