DANVILLE, Ky. — A Danville police officer has been placed on paid administrative leave while the police department and Boyle County Schools investigate an incident on a school bus.

Officer Ryan Hundley, who started at the department on Aug. 1, 2013, recently boarded a Boyle County School bus to “identify a child that had been involved in an incident with the officer’s young daughter,” according to a news release on the department’s Facebook page.

A video posted on the WKYT website showed an officer in a verbal confrontation with another student.

Afterward, Hundley reported to the police chief what happened, according to police.
