ST. TAMMY, La. — Videos of a Louisiana deputy showing off his dance moves during a parade has gone viral.
WDSU reports that St. Tammy Parish Reserve Deputy Steve Hoffman wowed parade-goers during the Krewe of Slidellians parade on Sunday.
Videos of the dancing deputy soon went viral, much to the surprise of Hoffman.

“It totally surprised me to go from just dancing and having a good ole time to being all over the internet and all over Facebook,” Hoffman said.
Hoffman, an Air Force veteran, has been with the St. Tammy Parish Sheriff’s Office for five years as a volunteer officer.
“He’s really community relations.That’s what he’s doing,” PIO Meredith Timberlake said. “It helps to build that relationship between law enforcement and the public.”
