NetMotion Wireless launched the NetMotion Mobility app for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch at APCO International’s 2014 Conference & Expo in New Orleans, La.
The Mobility app is designed to ensure a consistent experience with secure connectivity to mission-critical applications that can be managed regardless of the supported platforms being used, the company said. The app can adjust to changing network conditions, protects against dropped connections and lost data and creates policy containers.
The app also reduces data usage and offers improved performance over native cellular by compressing data up to 50 percent before transmission.
The Mobility app is available for free from the App Store on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
