Many people don’t even have a land-line phone anymore, but the mobile carriers do not share information about their customers with law enforcement. That’s a double edged sword. A public records company like LexisNexis is constantly mining more than 20,000 sources of data from public records, and accumulates billions of records for millions of people. Therein lies your opportunity to obtain the mobile phone number of your subject. Think about it. It stands to reason that your suspect might have (at some time or another) put his mobile phone number into a document that is part of the public record. All you need to do is leverage the search capabilities already at your fingertips and you might just find that elusive piece of information.
