LOS ANGELES — In light of many recent police pursuits that have taken place over the past few months in Southern California, NBC 4 has put together a montage of the most outrageous pursuits caught on tape.
The collection includes a clip of a bank robber tossing money out his window, a man who can be seen huffing colored balloons as police close in, and a female suspect who flees her runaway car while on her cell phone.
